Lost Plate and Terrible Golf!!!

Well, this weekend was a lot of fun! On Saturday I went golfing with Jeremy at Churn Creek. We both played very badly, but still, it was better than working! I need to go again so that I can redeem myself! Right after that I rode my motorcycle down to Jeremy's and we played Tiger Woods golf for about 4 hours. That eased the pain of a terrible golf game a little bit. The weather was beautiful all weekend! On Sunday I rode my bike to church and then Jeremy and I took the long route home. We then rode down to Jeremy's where we left for the park to play some softball and hang out with some church folks. It was at this time that Jeremy asked me why I didn't have the license plate on my bike yet. I thought he was joking, but nope, sure enough, my license plate was gone!!! The bracket that held it on was gone too! I guess it must have fallen off because one of the bolts that held it on was still there. Now I don't know what I have to do, but I need to get a hold of the DMV and figure it out! I am pretty bummed, because now I can't ride anymore till I fugure this out!

Anyway, Sunday night we (Brenda and I, not Jeremy and I) went to Kevin and Heather's and hung out for a few hours. Monday, we both worked at the Cargile's and Monday night Nick and Rachael came over to hang out with us! All in all, a very fun weekend! I am pretty bummed that I have to go back to work in just 4 hours, but I think that it really won't be that bad! Well, that's all for now! I guess you'll have to wait till next weekend for another post!

Zach was not lying about the terrible plate and the lost golf!!!!! I think I will stick to softball for a while I can hit a softball where I want it to go and that was definately not the case with the little old golf balls.

Oh no! I hope you don't have to go back to the DMV. That is always a nightmare!

Glad to hear that you do still do things with your wife and not just Jeremy. Sorry about your license plate.

One time back in the late 60s, I was working with some church buddies at a steak place down on Greenville Ave in Big D. We came out at 1am and were on the way home when we noticed that our plates had been stolen. Hoo whee, that was so funny, at least at that time of night. Anyway, we had to file a police report and then go to DMV for a new one.

If the golf game is going south you can always resort to turkey hunting. There are tons of them at Churn Creek. Sorry about the plates :( I imagine that hell will be much like the DMV.

I hope that the DMV has gone well unless it hasn't happened yet then you can just change tenses and it'll still work.

Sweet Song too. Johnny Cash is the man, so is Tom Petty. That's who's singing with him.
